Entrance Ceremony Timeline

I’ve always wanted to do this 😭 When I was going through all the ceremony personals the other day I tried to make a rough timeline of the entrance ceremony. There’s a lot of time overlap between them, and many reference other cards. Note that it was confirmed in Riddle’s robes PS that the club fair happens the day after the entrance ceremony.

Entrance Ceremony / Club Fair

• Azul Robes: Spans 1 week before the ceremony (Rehearsals)
• Jade Robes: A few days before → Skips to directly after sorting
  
• Lilia Robes: A few days before the club fair
• Idia Robes: Dorm leader meeting a few days before the ceremony → Ceremony day.
• Kalim Robes: Ceremony day. Malleus meets Kalim/Jamil after his conversation with Idia.
• Trey Robes: Ceremony day. Preps for Heartslabyul welcome party
• Cater Robes: Sorting → Heartslabyul welcome party
• Ace Robes: Sorting. Ace/Epel sneak out.
  
• Riddle Robes: Sebek’s sorting → Club fair (Horse riding club)
• Vil Robes: After sorting → Skip a few weeks(?) to the next schoolwide event (a lecture in the Mirror Chamber)
• Leona Robes: After sorting → A few days later
• Jamil Robes: Scarabia welcome party
• Epel Robes: Pomefiore welcome party
• Malleus Robes: Right after the ceremony → A few days later. Connected to Leona Robes.
• Ruggie Camp: Club fair (Tours all clubs)
• Deuce School: Ace is still deciding on a club. (Post-club fair, 1 day before registrations are due)

Twisted Wonderland — Comic Anthology

Here we are! This is the first part of the Comic, the cover and some fanarts Yana herself chose. Credits are on the corner of each pages, and with this, we start the first volume of the Anthology.

Note: I loved Grimm's snot in the last image, we should have expected for him to fall asleep in the middle of a studying session.

Birthday Cater Card

👁👁 Cater got announced today, so here are his stats.

Type: Attack

Max stats at lv100 groovy: 9408 HP 5902 ATK

Magic Elements: Void and Water

Magic 1 skill: Strong void attack with large damage up for self AND ally for 1 turn (note that this is for lv10 magic)

Magic 2 skill: Two-hit strong water attack. If duo with Lilia is activated, it will become three hits (lv10 magic)

Man wtf Disney 🗿🗿🗿 I kinda expected Cater to be good for fire test so this isn’t a surprise, but seriously? You’re trying to tempt me when his birthday is coming soon?

Since he’s void/water and his duo is Lilia, whose lab card is double water, he’d be good for basic fire test. Depending on what his buddies would be, maybe he might be good also for defense, whether you have lab Lilia or bday Lilia. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Would also be fun if you have Halloween Vil since he’s fire/water and duos with Lilia as well. How fun is that~?

Who do you think is gonna win VDC? What I think of Neige’s performance?

Disclaimer: I do not dislike/hate Neige or the dwarves; This is just my opinion if I were to judge the VDC objectively. Though I must say, the vocals from both teams are simply immaculate.

Listen, if we can all put aside our nostalgia and the cuteness factor, I feel like Neige’s performance is something that’s more appropriate during his fan meeting or concert, considering his explanation to the TV crew. (He mentions he wants the audience to sing along and relieve their stress, which is wholesome, but my point still stands)

Imagine you’re a judge or even the audience: After watching the NRC performance, doesn’t the RSA one feel kind of underwhelming? Yes, it does suit his boyish and youthful image, but I don’t think it’s fair for other teams who prepared more for the competition (e.g. original songs, choreo, etc) and having essentially a cover of a children’s song win. You also need to bear in mind the importance of VDC, it’s not just a regular talent show, but future careers are actually on the line here.

Let’s be honest, it won’t be because the performance is amazing but because Neige performs it that’s why it automatically is favored by many, which further makes it “unfair” because favoritism + Neige already has a massive following. Of course, Vil also has a huge fanbase, which is why I think to make it fair, another unrelated group can win the VDC instead.

Warning: chap 5 spoiler.

After Vil’s overblot, we have three characters with the flame on their left eye (Leona, Azul, Jamil) and two on their right (Riddle and Vil). So what does this mean?

I think the position of the flame is based on the characters’ moral. Those with Left Flame are evil-doers, they know what they are doing is wrong but still do it nonetheless: Leona planned to injure important members of each teams before the tournament, Azul tricked and enslaved other students, Jamil tried to kick Kalim who trusts him unconditionally out of Scarabia. Right Flame is for the ones that didn’t intend to do the wrong thing, but ended up doing them because of their circumstances: Riddle just wants the students to follow the dorm’s tradition, Vil wanted to beat Neige fair and square, but after realizing that it is impossible for him to do so, he tried to poison him out of despair.

So basically Left = Evil-from-the-start and Right = Good-turn-evil

When Jamil ordered the hypnotized Neige, he used the phrase in Oasis Maker’s chant: 「歌え、踊れ」　(sing and dance!).

Although Jamil always complains that he doesn’t want to be Kalim’s friend, his action speaks otherwise.

According to JP Twitter user @/peccol_50, a few of Kalim’s “evil” sprites have been replaced by more innocent-looking ones! If that isn’t proof that our sunshine boy is 100% good, I don’t know what is!

We all know by now that Night Raven College isn’t really a school of evil, just a prestigious learning institution with students on different levels of asshole, but what if Royal Sword Academy IS a school of good?

Let’s compare their uniforms. NRC’s standard clothing is pretty par for the course for a classy school: shirt, waistcoats and a neat black suit. It, perhaps surprisingly for a “school for villains”, doesn’t denote evil intentions or exudes a dark aura. In fact, similar counterparts to it exist in real life, in private schools.

Twisted Wonderland Chapter 5.1.1 - Scarabia Wrap Up

I’ve been brainrotting this whole day about Scarabia because of how well Scarabia’s conflict wrapped up  =///////=

During chapter 5.1.1 (because there’s a part 2 to 5.1), Jamil…really self reflected and fixed himself to be a better person. Many would think because of how Jamil behaved in chapter 4′s ending, he would pull a Leona. That wasn’t the case though. Jamil realizes how much Kalim cares about him and starts trying to become more closer to Kalim, as if to make up for all the times he thought Kalim was a nuisance. Especially when Kalim defends his rights as Vice Dorm Leader and from the rest of the dorm leader. Heck he even realizes how much Kalim actually knows him inside out after proving the point of how Jamil would’ve taken action during the past 17 years yet didn’t while saying how he’s aware Jamil isn’t a good person. And if you really think about it, this is Kalim’s way of confirming to Jamil that yes. Kalim knew about Jamil would betray him yet still chose to close his eyes towards the intentions. 

When Jamil says “I’m going to make a name for myself to show off to Crowley, Kalim, Al-Asims, my parents and you lot”. When Jamil says this, he lists the name of the people he wanted to prove his capabilities to the most. What made this interesting was how he mentions his parents directly when he could’ve said “family” since he has a younger sibling which would mean Jamil, himself, became aware that his parents influence on him was something he didn’t appreciate and held him back when he didn’t need to. 

As for Kalim, this is our first time seeing Kalim actually revealing how observant he is. Although he does reveals in his personal stories and lines how smart he is, the fact  he can read through Jamil by saying it as a reason to defend Jamil means that Kalim also doesn’t intend to let people to continue seeing him as naive or innocent. Despite Azul saying what he said, anyone in Scarabia would realize that’s not the case. Kalim even says that he knows  Jamil isn’t a good guy, literally. But he still cares of Jamil as his friend he knew for 17 years. 

To be honest it hurts how Kalim compliments Jamil more than usual after what happened. It’s probably Kalim’s way of trying his best to make things seem like everything is normal between him and Jamil when Kalim’s actually trying to tell Jamil he still cares and supports him.

This is probably the biggest reason why Jamil undergoes such a big change because again, he realizes Kalim is his only supporter and the only one to have tried to free him and believed his worth/capabilities. Which leads to Jamil saying how if he’s not freed from servitude, he’ll continue to stay by Kalim’s side. But this time willfully. 

Either way, this is one of the most well-done wrap up for an OB event twisted wonderland gave so far with not only character development, but also showing us what happened right after the OB event with the rest of the dorm members.

Okay so I’m pulling at straws here…

I looked at Neige’s magical gem fountain pen thingy and I noticed something…

I know it’s hard as fuck to see but if you squint your eye’s you might see a sword. Yeah yeah I know he goes to Royal Sword Academy so it makes sense. But like everything in this game, if you notice something interesting, 99% of the time it’s a Disney reference. And this sword in particular, is a reference to the 1963 animated Disney film *Sword in the Stone*.

Christ that’s big, let me zoom in.

There ya go! See? It’s the same sword! EXCALIBUR!!!

Sidenote: I am on a campaign to bring back the words “whoso” and “rightwise”. Good day to you all!
